Project Overview

In a world that rarely pauses, we’ve grown used to moving without stopping. This campaign begins with a simple question: what if we allowed ourselves a moment to slow down? A moment not to escape, but to reconnect. With this project, Taylors of Harrogate redefines tea as a daily ritual of stillness rather than just a product. A mobile mindfulness app that gently disrupts a busy day’s rhythm is at the center of the campaign. It encourages users to take deliberate breaks, such as a quiet stretch, a cup of tea, or a brief meditation, transforming brief pauses into significant routines. The app offers tailored rituals throughout the day, from energising morning routines to slower, more reflective evening wind-downs.
