MIW Jewellery — Skin

Project Overview

The project MIW Jewellery, “Skin”, examines the closeness between jewellery and the body, presenting each piece as something that sits naturally against the skin rather than apart from it.

The concept draws on the body’s surface to guide both composition and styling.

Poses were chosen to follow the body’s lines, while clothing, hair, and make-up were kept minimal to avoid distraction. Light is used with intention, shaping the form and bringing out subtle details without overpowering the subject.

The result is a series of images where the jewellery feels grounded and instinctive, almost part of the body itself, creating a quiet, considered visual narrative.
